As you may know with sports I have no idea what it was that got us to the tournament other then that they won games when they needed to, but I want you to know we used the BRAVR technique before every game and every practice in season for the first time. I want to share with you a little about our cross country season this year. I coach both boys and girls and the middle school teams at our high school. I implemented the breathing techniques, the visualization practice, the whole setting goals and rating practices that you suggested. It was a very powerful part of our team! I felt like I made a break through in helping my athletes developing their whole being! My boys won the State Championship and my girls placed third! I was so thrilled for them and all that they accomplished this year. I contribute our success not only to hard working talented individuals, but also the mental training we did!
