Hi, I'm Lindsey. I've spent the last decade training and certifying over 100 mental performance coaches — coaches who've gone on to generate well over $2 million in combined revenue building businesses they love. Many of them started exactly where you are right now: passionate about the mental game, zero business experience, no advanced degree.
I'm a former professional basketball player who built a multiple six-figure coaching business — all without a PhD or an MBA. I've spent 20+ years in the mental performance space, and I built Positive Performance Training because I saw a gap: there was no place that taught people how to coach athletes on the mental game AND how to build a real business doing it. So I created one.
