MCA Certification Renewal Terms & Conditions

By completing your MCA Certification Renewal (“Renewal”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Renewal Requirement

All Positive Performance Training certified coaches are required to renew their certification annually to maintain active status and continued permission to use Positive Performance trademark tools and methods.

Renewal ensures alignment with current best practices, protects the integrity of our intellectual property, and maintains professional standards across our coaching community.

2. Renewal Period & Payment

The certification renewal fee is due by January 31st each year.

Your first year of certification is included as part of your MCA enrollment; your renewal begins the following year.

Failure to complete renewal by the due date will result in inactive certification status (see section 5).

3. Included With Renewal

Your yearly renewal provides:

Active certification status
Continued permission to use Positive Performance trademark tools and methods
Maintenance of your dual credentials
Access to alumni-only calls and training opportunities
Invitations to alumni events (including Coaching Week and the MCA Alumni Retreat)

Renewal does not include access to licensed curriculum materials, business coaching, or worksheets/slides unless otherwise specified in a separate program (e.g., Access Pass or Insider Program).

4. Refunds

Renewal fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstance:

If you upgrade into the Access Pass or Insider Program within your renewal month, your renewal fee will be refunded automatically as these programs include the renewal.

No other refunds or credits will be provided.

5. Inactive Certification Status

If you do not complete renewal:

Your certification will be marked inactive
You may no longer represent yourself as a Positive Performance Certified Mindset Coach or Performance Visualization Specialist
You are no longer permitted to use or distribute Positive Performance trademark tools or methods
Access to alumni programs and selected events may be restricted

You may reinstate certification in the future by completing a renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

All Positive Performance methods, tools, worksheets, slides, and curriculum materials are protected by intellectual property and trademark laws. Renewal maintains your permission to use designated methods but does not grant ownership rights or permission to alter or distribute materials outside the scope of the license associated with your active status.

7. Auto-Renewal

This is set to automatically charged annually. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date by contacting support.
